Raoul Thill, founder

 

Raoul Thill is an independent communication consultant for the public, private and nonprofit sectors in Luxembourg and abroad.

With the professional experience of 30 years in various domains, Raoul is designing internal communication strategies to motivate, inspire and strengthen the entire team of organisations and developing external communication strategies to build strong brands with sustainable core values.

His analytic approach identifies precisely the different steps and the sensitive key moments of the transformation process and creates coherent interactions between the business objectives, the corporate brand management aspects, and the marketing and communication strategies (both analog and digital).

Having realized challenging missions for governments, public institutions and nonprofit organisations, Raoul understands the correlation between media exposure and public, political, social and cultural awareness.

Raoul is co-founder of acidu specialized in inclusive and sustainable change management and communication that provides bespoke and innovative solutions based on confirmed approaches as collective intelligence, design thinking and emerging change.

He is co-founder of Cereal Lovers, a coffee shop in the city center of Luxembourg proposing 100% homemade and nutritionally balanced specialities to eat in or take-away.

Raoul was lecturer at the Universität Koblenz-Landau and the Universität des Saarlandes for a Master’s degree in Business Communication & Rhetorics. He was in charge of both course modules Social Media and Crisis Management.

He worked as an independent consultant for the Luxembourg microfinance industry designing and implementing communication strategies for the organisation ADA Microfinance, The Luxembourg Round Table on Microfinance, Microinsurance Network, European Microfinance Platform, The European Microfinance Award and LMDF.

He was the founder of Bizart, Luxembourg's first agency specialized in corporate brand management.

Raoul co-founded the International Museum Communication Award IMCA in Brussels.

He was chair of the conference for the 11th edition of the Communicating the Museum Conference which took place in the Museum Kunst Palast in Düsseldorf.
